I highly recommend Auz Car Rental and their services is very good and price also cheaper than others car rental.

Excellent service by Shainesh in making my holiday in Melbourne enjoyable. He provided me with hyundai i45, a very spacious and clean car. I will definitely be using his rental services every time I am there. Also I will recommend Auz rentals to all my friends and family.

We enjoyed our time in Melbourne and the car went wonderfully well. The entire process from picking up the car and dropping it off was superb. The car was spotless inside and out. My son and I recently rented a late model Hyundai Accent from AUZ RENTAL CARS for a week and were literally overwhelmed by the professionalism, courteousness and service in general. I highly recommend Auz Rental Cars, the pick up from the airport was prompt and no more than a 2 minute walk directly outside. The car a Hyundai i45 was perfect, clean, new and ready for me, 2 signatures and a copy of my license, I was on my way. AWESOME $$$$$ Value and less than half the cost of other car rental companies. I needed a car for the past Easter holidays and many larger companies were charging a lot for that peak period. Didn’t know where to rent, so I booked a car last minute through an online agent. Had some disputes with the online agent regarding the costs, luckily AUZ Rental was honest about all the fees and responded to my questions in a timely manner. My holiday plan wouldn’t have worked out if AUZ Rental responded slow. Really appreciate their service. The car supplied was good and the process to pick up and return the car was smooth and easy. Next time I would go direct with the company instead of online agent.

I was very impressed with the service and the option of Pick up and Drop off near the airport with the free shuttle.The car was very comfortable and nice to drive and your service was extremely well priced and probably the best I found for the 3 days, and the option to reduce the excess to $500 was great and inexpensive.
I will most definitely be using AUZ Rentals again when I need access to a vehicle in Melbourne.

Mr Shainesh was friendly and helpful at all. The pick up and return of the car was just hassle free and easy. We requested early morning car pickup at 7.00am for Great Ocean Road journey but they delivered it evening a day earlier with no extra cost. That’s bonus! Volkswagen Jetta was very economical on fuel and good condition. Overall, excellent services, fabulous prices, great quality of car. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Thank you.

Made my life so much easier:
I booked the car on-line and I received a call to confirm all was in
order within 15mins.
Arrived at the Melbourne Airport, picked up by a rather cute driver in
a shuttle bus
Smooth and friendly 10min drive to the pick up area,
greeted by friendly staff who had the paper work was ready to go.
Shown to the car that was near new and spotlessly clean.
One week later dropped the car off at the point of pick up and was
driven back to the airport while singing along to ABBA 🙂
All this for approximately $160.00 + insurance.

Auz rental offered an excellent package and service. Shainesh was an excellent communicator ,the car was excellent, with seamless pick up and delivery..no hesitation in recommending this company for car rental.

I was looking for a car hire from Melbourne Airport and came across AuzRental Cars.
Their prices were significantly cheaper than the regular recognised hire car
companies and to me, more importantly, the insurance excess was not a
rip-off so I decided to give them a go.
The service was excellent and the car was clean, reliable and did everything
a hire car needs to do. I am very happy to recommend them and will certainly
use them again.
